Investa’s brief for 201 Kent Street was to create a more connected and visible lobby space where tenants and visitors could gather to meet and collaborate.
The original lobby had changed little since its completion in the mid-1980s, was inward-looking and lacked the sense of arrival.
Automated has been commissioned to service existing equipment, a lighting design and a new installation to suit a wide variety of uses.
