Their playful approach to cooking criss-crosses various Asian cuisines (please don’t make them say ‘fusion’) and borrows from others. As long as the dishes they create are balanced, textural and delicious, it works for them. And with executive chef Dan Hong leading the charge, they’re in good hands. Who can argue with cheeseburger spring rolls?
