The venue offers beautifully refined service and fine dining fare in a slightly more relaxed environment – it’s somewhere where you can go for lunch, dinner or a casual drink – not just a special occasion. The kitchen is the heartbeat and is led by Executive Chef Joachim Borenius. Bouche is making a significant dent in Sydney’s dining scene.
