Service Coordinator/Customer Service Representative

An exciting position has become available for an experienced Service Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney team.

Along with being the leader in an innovative industry we also hold training workshops across Australia throughout the year for Dynalite commissioning to meet the demands of this rapidly growing industry and a dedicated R&D and Tech Support team at our Head Office Sydney.

About the role

You will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

Delivering high-quality customer service via email and telephone.

Generating service requests in our CRM system, SimPro.

Daily coordination and scheduling of technicians, prioritizing jobs to meet dynamic requirements.

Maximizing technician productivity through efficient coordination.

Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of technician entries in the CRM system.

Invoicing service jobs, processing credit card payments, and assisting in debtor’s follow-up.

Managing data in client portals and overseeing Service/Maintenance agreements.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Handling ad hoc duties to ensure smooth service function and overall organizational efficiency.

Skills and experience

A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Previous experience in resource scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administration.

Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally SimPro.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Excellent telephone manner.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Exceptional attention to detail with written and verbal communication skills.
